How long does an epoxy floor last?
With proper preparation and quality materials, an epoxy or polyaspartic floor can last many years of everyday use. Exact durability depends on the system and traffic — we'll recommend the right one for your space.
How long does installation take?
Most residential floors take 1–2 days depending on the system and the condition of the concrete. Fast-cure polyaspartic systems can shorten the timeline. We confirm the schedule after the on-site inspection.
What warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our work and offer a workmanship warranty. The specific terms are confirmed with your written quote.
Does epoxy hold up in the Illinois winter?
Yes. Our polyaspartic and epoxy systems are designed to resist road salt, freeze-thaw cycles and hot-tire pickup — the main reasons bare garage concrete deteriorates in our climate.
Can I park the same day?
It depends on the system. Fast-cure polyaspartic can often be walked on and driven on much sooner than standard epoxy. We'll give you exact cure times for your floor.
Do you work over cracked concrete?
Yes. We repair cracks and pits as part of surface preparation. Larger issues or old failing coatings are assessed during the free inspection.
